Healthy At Work Guidelines

It’s almost time for your appointment!

•When you arrive for your appointment park outside of the salon and please call the salon at (859) 543-0707 and leave a voicemail to let us know you have arrived. We will acknowledge your arrival and let you know when to enter the salon. Since salons are required to operate under new guidelines at this time we allow for only one guest per stylist. We appreciate your patience!

•It is required for you to wear a face mask upon entering the salon.

•Unfortunately under new guidelines no one is allowed to accompany you to your appointment. Exception would be made if the guest is dependent and requires additional assistance.

•Only one personal item to come in with you. A purse that holds all of your belongings is acceptable but all of your belongings have to fit and remain inside the purse at all times.

•If you have been sick, low grade or abnormal temperature, coughing, aching, please contact DOLCE HAIR SALON to rebook for a time when you are feeling like yourself! It is very important that we keep you safe but also keep ourselves safe. No sickness allowed!

•Due to extra time being allowed for each service please be sure to respect your/our appointment time. If you need to cancel due to an emergency please allow a minimum of 48 hours prior to the appointment time.

•Our staff will follow the CDC guidelines for social distancing, PPE and cleaning procedures.

•Please understand that anytime you break the healthy at home guidelines whether it is going to a grocery store or entering our establishment you might be potentially at risk.
